Hace relativamente poco que he descubierto este proyecto formado por Christian Hilscher y Nico Plagemann. Empezaron en 1999 compartiendo apartamento y terminaron por compartir su pasión por la música electrónica.Con influencias de Basic Channel, ambos fueron experimentando, ampliando horizontes y probando nuevos sonidos y estilos.
En el 2004 sucede un cambio que marca un antes y un después en su trayectoria: nace no-reponse.org, un label para música electrónica gratis, procurando un hogar permanente para ellos. Los años que siguieron, fueron una búsqueda de su propio sonido y una forja para sus planes y aventuras. A partir del 2006, no han dejado de producir numerosas referencias en sellos discográficos como Ostwind Records, Connaisseur Records y Musik Gewinnt Freunde.
Una curiosidad, os plasmo algo de su myspace, que he traducido al español: "Somos Kollektiv Turmstrasse. Estamos haciendo música. Música electrónica. Estamos aquí para encontrar viejos y nuevos amigos. No estamos aquí simplemente para promocionar nuestra música, sino también para contactar con nuestros amigos. Apreciamos cualquier comentario que nos hagas llegar, bueno o malo que Kollektiv Turmstrasse te haga sentir. También apreciaríamos que no dejaras demasiada publicidad en nuestro espacio para los comentarios, ya que nosotros tampoco lo hacemos en los vuestros. El video que dejo a continuación, pertenece a su EP Tristesse, y se trata del track que lleva el mismo nombre y que han conjugado con una de las animaciones de la película Fantasía de Walt Disney... es para poner el video en pantalla completa y disfrutar tanto de la animación como de la música... un completo!. :)
Estoy enganchada a su sonido, a sus bases y a sus estructuras. Delicadeza y elegancia se combinan de la forma esperada... ;)

Había algo sobre esto, a cerca del terremoto pero también en otros sucesos, como el 11S... Yo no lo se, quizás exista pero mi mente quiere pensar que el ser humano no es tan tan vil...
